Run a cheese cave as its mouse cellarmaster. Wheels age in real time: sell them young, or wait and they are worth up to five times as much. Nothing ever spoils.

• Turn the wheels when they ask, for a little more worth.
• Each shelf has its own air: Cheddar likes it cool, Cellar Blue damp.
• Hire Pip and Moss, who keep working while you are away.
• Notes at the grating: callers pay well over worth for one particular cheese.
• Dig deeper for cheeses that take hours, a night, or three days.
• The County Show every Sunday.
• Sell the cellar for reputation, then build machines and found house cheeses of your own.

Drawn in pen and ink like a 1920s magazine, with music from real gramophone records of 1906 to 1921. No adverts and nothing to buy. Sound effects by Kenney (CC0).

Keys (all changeable in Options): 1-4 pages, Q W E the three bench cards, S sell every ripe wheel, L next Book page, G hand over a note, R change the record, M sound off, O or Esc options.
