Your special unit needs to get stronger as time goes on. Item drops are great, but are very inconsistent and extremely random.
Tower strength and power balance make it difficult past like... level 9 or 10...

I like the idea of the auras, but I don't get how they work exactly.
Do multiples of the same color stack?
How much bonus do they provide?
More instruction/elaboration would be nice.
