This is actually my game. I was going to make a high-score version for Kongregate later, so I have to ask this to be deleted for now. The submitter is not doing anything wrong knowingly but I did not tell some of my partners that they can't submit to Kongregate, Nonoba, hallpass, mindjolt, etc and a few other places that have an API requirement.

Fixed the High-scores for hard, they work now. Too bad no badges. :(

Not sure why high scores for hard don't work. It works fine in the Mochi-ads scores. The same Kongregate code is there as for easy and medium, except with the hard mode setting, weird.
