Here's an update written on the 10th of May, 2009: I'm still working on MARDEK 3, but I'm also working on other projects at the same time so work isn't exactly fast. I'm hoping for a release date before September, but I can't be any clearer than that, and I've given myself deadlines like that before but never met them, so don't take this as a guarantee. Still, I'm doing the best I can; it's just a long job. I would fix the save bug in MARDEK 1 and 2, which I'm QUITE aware of, but unfortunately it's not possible. Not only do I not know what causes is other than that Flash Player 10 is responsible (that is, I know that FP10 is the cause, but not exactly what it affected or what I'd need to change), but I no longer have the original, unedited source for chapters 1 or 2 as they are in their currently uploaded forms... Believe me when I say that this annoys me far more than it annoys you, since saving worked perfectly fine until Flash Player 10 changed something... Downgrading to Flash Player 9 works and lets you save, but obviously that's only for if you're desperate to play this specific game. Chapter 3, when it's out, will include 'remakes' of the first two chapters which WILL have working saves, so this will be the solution to the problem... I just hate that we all have to wait for me to finish Chapter 3 first...

Raider: Episode 1	Jun. 15, 2009 As for the rest, it seems to be typical for games of this type to have the hitbox smaller than the character, and I'm sure you'd complain a lot more if the hitbox was as big as the character (it used to be, and it made things like the ghosts bit far more frustrating). Things like this and being unable to slash on ladders (it's not necessary or useful to ever do so anyway, so I didn't bother to code and animate it) are things that you figure out as you play, and surely you would not expect to be guided by the hand and told every little thing as if you were some kind of retard...? Figuring out minor things is part of becoming familiar with the game, not 'fake difficulty'.
