Two small problems: Sometimes the storage screen or prisoner screen will go fullscreen in-game, removing the toolbars at the top and right, the only way to get out is by using item/prisoner in some way, or refreshing the screen, and it happens completely randomly. Set Trap, build up your army at Creatures tab to prepare for the intruders. When you capture them, interrogate them and convert them to your units.
