if you divide 700 BILLIONS for 15 MILLIONS and the divide for 3285 DAYS you have 14205 cups per day for every person in ENGLAND considering that a billion is in reality “1million of millions” and not " 1 thousands of millions" as you have been taught so in numbers one million is 1000000 and one billion is 1000000000000.

I agree with you that the term “billion” was coined in the fifteenth century to mean 10^12, therefore it is the original meaning.
