Just as God has set into motion physical laws to govern the workings of our universe, so has He set "laws" in the spiritual realm regarding prayer. LAW 1: The law of relationship. "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. LAW 2: The law of authority. Jesus said, "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." (John 14:13) LAW 3: The law of divine will. "Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." (1John 5:14) LAW 4: The law of faith. Jesus said, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done."
