Arrow key up/spacebar = jump
arrow key left = go left
arrow key right = go right

Fixed a spawning bug.
Added a preloader.

You need to fix a couple of things... sometimes you will fall even if you step on a square, or will be "pushed" by squares when touching them. And yeah, some more levels would be nice.
