Altgough I like the music - wheres mute!!! I still cant understand why games of this quality do not offer it!

Good suggestion, krixable! It should be an easy fix for us to add sound and music switches to the main menu. In the meantime, here's our low budget fix: turn off your speakers, and whenever our hero Danforth swings his sword, just go "PA-CHOO, PA-CHOO!!!" :-D

Some kind of checkpoint would be nice.
After managing to stuck the guy inside a wall, the only way to play again ws to restart the whole game.

PS: They may beuseful when you play the game the first time.
But after that the poup hints are just bothersome.

Yeah, I'd like to implement a level select screen in subsequent upgrades and future games. In the meantime, presenting the tutorial popups only once will be easy enough to implement. Thanks! :)

I enjoy the simplicity; it's easy to get into. The music is good. The main problem is linearity and no real choices for character building, at least none that I found. Also, I couldn't attack diagonally, yet the monsters can slide in diagonally. Is it just me, or does fleeing not want to work sometimes? I think most players would probably prefer the option to hold in the mouse button to keep moving.

To answer your question, there's a cooldown period before you can flee again, which I think should be represented by a "sweat droplet" icon above the hero's head in updates and subsequent games. I like the idea of holding down the mouse button for continued movement. Thanks for the critiques, stillman1!

Clunky controls, weak enemies, and boring level design make this a 3/5.

Thank you for your feedback, radar816! We want to make 5/5 games, so it's important to know what we can do to improve our projects.
