There seems to be a glitch you can abuse, where you only have one axeman but 1000s of marksmen and they shall only attack the axeman allowing you to get a volley off and chip them away, not sure if intentional or not?
neat little trick : when marketplace is unlocked, put all people in metal and max wages, this can then be used to trade metal to coin at a faster rate than the coins with no wage, and can be sped up by buying a better ratio and by buying banks which needs coin and metal, the two you are pumping out, would recommend starting as you hit about 150+million coin per sec, hope this helps someone :)
