To make it a little more challenging, it'd be neat if you actually have the player TRY to catch the highlighted box faster, so they have a chance of missing it. So speeding up the time span of the box appearing, before teleporting once once again is something you can do.
The game itself is way to easy. Try making a more harder approach - such as expanding the puzzles to have smaller pieces, or have the tiles more scattered so I won't be able to fix it in like 10 seconds flat.
Apart from that, some additional notes such as audio, more vibrant background and such would be nice.
