well to start, ability strength missions should give out more than their counterpart for vote missions by I think 50% just to throw out a number, like a ability strength mission for 2500 should give out more than a 1 vote missions. As votes are free and most people don't care about votes as it doesn't cost them anything, whereas people are much more reluctant to give out their energy and stress.
