I wish players who leave were replaced by AI players so a 3v3v3v3 doesn't become 1v3v2v1
You can set this up on warlight.net, just check the box that says "Booted players are replaced with an AI"

the rejoining a guild timer is harsh a day and a half would be effective enough to discourage Guild jumping but small enough for people who actually want a different guild.
