*tries to get the largest losing margin possible*
*gets 5500 points on my first term by spamming all the dice*
I lose when I'm trying to lose or win when I'm trying to win what is this
Subpar first impression. "HEY, here's what's going on story-wise." *click okay* "And now here are a bunch of names and symbols that mean nothing to you."
At some point I was fighting a big guy and repeatedly bumped into him to take my health down for the quest. Well, my gone ended up shifting to one of the side slots somehow. After I died I checked my guy's setup and it was still located on his front.
Okay so I started a game on very hard. I bought one peasant, one swordsman. (as that's the maximum amount of swordsman I could get at that point, y'know?) I end the year. My first year. I get attacked by three militia people and he dies. There was literally no way I could have avoided that. Nothing at all that I could have done to make me live to the next year. At all. I am displeased.
Level three took me forever and I thought, "wow this must be some game where every level has some kind of gimmick to do with the name" and I was wrong and it made me mad
I'm highly confused as to what pressing the 1 key is doing. All I know is I click it and my top two rows of of buildings get upgrades on path one, regardless of current cool down, and the price is a lot cheaper than it would be for higher levels.
I'm sure it has been stated, but he first line of story text has a typo. It says "Is this the last time you try to build a Hadron Collider in the washer" when it should is "This is the..."
After roughly two hours of computing stats before I started playing this game, the best starting class/age combination is Undead at 12, negating level growth, and assuming the leveling goes to 20. (Though each class generally has one or two rather good ages, the best ones all come from Undead, and the worst ones from the Dwarves.)
This game is so easy to farm money in, guys. Just buy a bunch of soldiers and repeat missions that you can use one soldier in. (I'd recommend level 11. It gets done within ten seconds, and gives you five places to get taxes from, at the expense of one cheap soldier.)
Extreme frame loss after second boss kill, plus not enough time before the next level started to collect all the gems. I only got half way through them.
