This game has a pretty easy way to beat it. Pick a race with a + on spearmen and keep upgrading spear training and armor. Spearmen are extremly easy to produce in large numbers and are pretty quick creating a flood of pretty tough units. I've almost beat the game using this method if u have trouble try this.
