and to the dev, how about selling merch? asking for money upfront always comes off a bit blunt and awkward-ish, and alienates most people and especially kids/young'uns
@kanalje: so you are saying just because 10 bucks is not too much for you, because you live in norway, makes it ok for everyone? come off the high horse, and think about the consequences: kong is a place only for rich kids/people? You want it to become one? Not me, I'm here for fun with all kinds of people, and certainly not selected by wages...
even having read all the narration (painful, small text) it wasnt clear to me where the lift would be at the hangar (lvl 8) so I ran to the cargo lift in the middle, nothing happened, seconds vanishing, running back to station lift (lvl start)...oops, wrong lift, too late :/
please grey out the skills that are at max update. it sucked to realize that I had tried to update in vain about 20 skills that were at 5, just because I didnt anticipate Nerdook would let such a big one slip by :/
after 5 mins I had clicked through the walls and walls of text. its nice to have a story, but this isnt an offline game where the players are always of the expected audience. some just want to play the game DESPITE the narration. So please add a "skip all" button, similar to how some like the music, but for those who dont you would implement a "mute" button.
a bad Metal Slug rip-off with zombies. executed way inferiour than the original: collisions, glitches, no auto-reload. no pause button. mute button? ok didnt look for it but this just feels like a demo got rushed out on a deadline to get the views for the full version, fail.
pros: intuitive interface with the mouseover on buildings popping up a "fast interface" with lesser options. cons: the menu to the right screen edge is too obscured by the background though. would ideal if you could make it more visible.
please add a mute button or separate volume controls in menu for sound and bgm music. 1/5 for neglecting game design basics, a game of this complexity deserves volume controls, and so do the players.
