Fartman, have the Reactive Armor and Grenade equipped. When you face the RQ, throw the Grenade. Then, wait and throw it 3 more times. Then, lure the RQ towards you at a corner. When she lunges, get to her side and splat her. She should be splatted. Oh, and if at any point she starts spitting spines, the spines will be deflected by the Reactive Armor without any trouble, the jacks will destroy the armor but leave you intact (they can be destroyed in 5 hits, or 1 hit with the Razor Glaive) and the worm will also destroy your armor (get rid of it immediately by swatting it as soon as it jumps).
