Tip #5: Blocking is very important. Blocking blocks all ranged attacks and most melee attacks. Use this if you want to get behind a mounted horseman or let your henchmen do the attacking for you. Tip #6: You are basically invincible from all attacks while you are in the air. Buying the amulet of elevation may be a good move as you will see in Tip #7. Tip #7: Combing Tip #1 and Tip #6 makes bosses easy. All you need to do is to jump around near the boss. The boss will keep trying to target you, so any henchmen you have will not be harmed. That way, they will keep attacking while you act as bait. Tip #8: It is best to use Ellder in Gladiator Mode. He has a long and fast attack, making it easier to counter certain types of elites.
Tip #1: If you have any henchmen, they will not be harmed when you dodge an attack aimed for you. For example, if an archer shoots an arrow aiming at you and you dodge it by jumping, the henchmen behind you won't get hurt. This is also true of any melee attack. Tip #2: Try to get the max henchmen before the first boss battle. In the first episode, if you have two henchmen, you get a third because the King joins you to battle the sorcerer. You can not get a third henchmen if you have one or no henchmen with you when you get the King. Tip #3: Difficulty level is based on the variety of troops you will meet. Harder levels have stronger troops. Tip #4: Don't fight hard battles if you can. If you can not, keep farming previous levels to get all fighting abilities, equipment, and henchmen. The reason for this is because hard levels introduce mounted soldiers and to defeat them, you need to get an advancing move, get behind the horse, and keep attacking without taking damage.
I love the upgrade system. If only there were tiers, such as completing the skill tree and then getting better stats for two skill points, this would be my favorite of my lifetime. In the meantime, I'll try to figure out how to break Kongregate so I could rate more than five stars.
Can you somehow add a way to add more player spots to add more people to your team. Say, about up to five people per team, you have to buy two people slots.
