Maybe you could add an option that makes the ragdolls regenerate blood.
There are a ton of items that heal already. Settings are pretty much reserved for technical/visual things, not so much gameplay.

when you cut something the cut tool keeps cutting the place I want it to cut and then it cuts off something else on the same object.

Or set a property to ragdolls called armor. where a bodypart has less chance to bleed and can take more damage
The ability to turn off bleeding would be nice.

Orava, I need a flip tool. Because when I equip a sword to someone the blade might face towards them and they end up killing themselves
Detail Tool > Flip. Alternatively, press Tab while spawning.

It was never removed in the first place. Double click in the Library to random spawn.
