I can see why this game is underrated. On one hand the game is awesome on it's design and dynamics. Have good story. However, the gameplay due to terrible responsiveness: Intense gameplay require fast respond. But the character only respond when it finish the whole action sequence. In later level it always depend on luck for one to finish it. Each level is too long, which increase the chance of screwing up and having everything started all over again. Sooner or later players get bored and fed up and decide to give low rating.
At first the game is nice and enjoyable, then it starts getting bored becos of the energy issue. Who would wait for a few hours just for playing a few rounds ?
Terrible "event" generation and confusing battle rules.
Planes keep being shot down even when all enemy are destroyed!!!
It's frustrating that I could lose over 10 planes while attacking just 5 enemies with over 60 planes .
What upset me most is that whenever the number of pilots / spies or planes hits a certain level, negative events will keep cominig up to greatly reduce my intelligence / defense power.
It seems to me that the more successful you play it, the more it punlishes you.
Although it has excellent setting , music and graphics, all the fun is just taken away by the "unfairness" so awkwardly imposed. If this game is meant to be unfair, why not just state that in the description so that players may expect it and thus have less disappointment (like Mud and Blood 2).
