This game would be harder if it weren't for the fact you can just hold down the slash button if you see an orc. Orc then instant spike is also easy because of this.
The hardest enemy are the walls.
This game is directly pay to win and if you don't pay it is very hard to progress (especially since skill tomes are so rare)
It is also riddled with bugs, I've noticed more than once that the game just stopped doing anything, I refreshed, and then I had to start what I was doing all over again.
This is a good start, but it is in no way finished or worthy of a 4 or 5, it is incredibly short and allows for only a few specific commands, would love to see a fully fleshed out text adventure though.
Quite good game, but I was disappointed when the shuriken spamming scumbag was unkillable even with a red bar. 1/5 because of this. (Just joking, 5/5 of course, hope you make another game like this, but perhaps a bit longer)
Pretty great game all in all, albeit not sure why there were teleporters on the very last fight, I never had a use for them. Only complaint is that the spiders block view sometimes.
Theres a difference between "Grinding for the sake of grinding to make it possible to beat the levels in 10 hours" and "Actual difficulty that requires skill and reflexes"
This game looks good and is fairly good, but then you get forced to play on "hard" and "insane" mode which are both EXTREMELY unfair in terms of difficulty, and NEEDS you to use all your credits to unlock the 4th world that you need even more upgrades for, and then you get 100 credits per level re-do and EVEN LESS if you get hit. It could've been great but it quickly became extremely frustrating and just impossible. It'd be fine if the levels were possible to do with skill, but it's literally impossible without upgrades, and a lot of the time it just goes down to "How lucky am I? Will they come from those 2 corners so I can impossibly dodge, or will they both come from above? How many big light orbs will I get?"
I don't get "nutshells" comment. I understood all the stuff fairly fast, and completed all objectives within week 25, albeit, the game IS very repetitive and gets boring fairly fast.
Ok first mission, this looks good, red squares, wait, why can't I place my soldiers where I want? Guess I'll put 'em in the squares... the enemy is obviously coming from above because theres walls and trees all around, and it's not like I can rotate my men or anything. Ok, let's go, wait what, they spawn from behind? Oh gee, I lost.
(Also, I pretty much gave up on wave 2 because I had 12 soldiers and they still died literally instantly and then my base got destroyed)
