Even though it's the classical asia grinder 0 love 0 innovation browsergame, after I clicked through to lvl 35 without reading anything or doing anything, and I wont ever care for the super dull "story", after getting VIP stuffed into my face for being able to actually even access 99% of the games content.. [...] .. I still could enjoy this, but I probably will be gone after few days, cause even if I was to invest money into this, you need hundreds of dollars to even be anywhere near competitivity .. this is just hilarious. If at least either the prices OR the game itself was anything good - but nah, on both aspects a solid 1/5.
ALthough being a big fan of Monsters Den, I have to say this Iteration doesnt feel as good. The new "modern" dynamic/3d graphics are unnecessary (I guess its a preference thing though), and it overall just feels less smooth to play, also this just adds more chaos instead of improving the gameplay (which is hard, cause it was already amazing).
Ill still play this for a while, but unless I get surprised a lot still I think this isn`t even close to being as good as the prequels.
As a big fan of the settlers in its original form, seeing this particular game just makes me wanna question my whole life choices... seriously, why Ubisoft, why?
actually i always liked the game concept, but was driven away everytime by energy and token cash-grab. but as it is now, i actually have legit options to chose from if i dont want to pay. you get your 5/5, well done sir
I saw the energy system, but i thought hey its fun i STILL give it a try. But then i found out you cant do ANYTHING while not having energy, and the regen rate is a BIG JOKE. im out. 1/5 cya. honestly, when will the cash-grab stop?!
I played this game a while before when it came out on kong.. played a few since there are money-grabbing games where you can have fun without paying BUT I already got so annoyed after such a short time it's ridiculous.. well, other comments already said it, if you see this game, don't even try it out, it's just wasted, the idea is not bad you might think "oh this might be fun" and you'll just be disappointed by another ad slapping your face and money you would need to spend..
So at first i thought this is just another pay to play game. And, yea, you can spend money on it, and too there sometimes is advertisement, but though, i have to say, it doesn't annoy me like in other games, and the big good thing about it is, you actually have fun without. Oh, and the energy never ran out for me, which is quite awesome. I normally don't like those "invite friends for benefits" etc. features, they can be so annoying - but it's okay, because i play this on kong, and i know other players/friends are on this site to play games, and yea then it's not annoying for them to be invited i guess. I'll give a solid 4/5
well, even before i have to click "click to play" there already is a button "get more platinum" telling me that is is a pay to play game and just because it's this bold it has truely earned one instant 1/5.
so i just read that there are "crystals" in this game which means pay for win and they are not for free i rated it 1/5 and left. i didn't even give it a try, well, i'm so tired of this ...
well, again its a "free" game where you are better, faster and have more fun when you pay real money.. actually i hate that, but this is also a good game if you don't pay anything.. what bothers me is that there are premade decks (in a ccg the cards you can get should be random imo), especially because you can't buy them with gold. its a good game, but not that innovative. for it often has server maintenances, often crashes (in my case) in fights (which is bad because you lost the energy to start the fight) and still is a heartless money grabbing game i gave it a 3/5.
the writing style, the voice, the slight music and the background-picture moving all the time makes this very exciting, especially for a flash game. i played the 2nd one first and now came here to get back into this astonishing atmosphere (:
lvl 34 killed me again and again and again. but the fast respawn and the challenging but not impossible difficulty did not make me rage but actually was fun, its a definit 5/5
i first thought it was playable because you dont really need gold to have fun....but it lagged so badly (and i have a good pc) that i gave it a rage 1/5
i usually dont like demo games, where you have to pay for playing the full version. but until the end i never felt like "buy with real money or you will miss important content", its a 5/5 as it is great and not much shorter than other, complete games, though i was disappointed when the demo ended.
