I like the idea of there being a living market in the game, but I think a good improvement would be letting the player control how much money they put into an item instead of dumping the entirety of their funds in. Other than that I like the mix of clicker and idle as well as the random things that happen in the sidebar
Watching things pop up in the world is pretty cool. I don't like the pay to win elements of the game, but unfortunately that's just how game development is now I suppose.
We are a small 25 man studio. Every new game we make is a big investment and financial risk for our studio. We understand that some players do not like to pay anything for games. We did our best to add monetization into the game in a thoughtful manner. You can play the game entirely for free but we allow players to pay for additional non-critical features. We hope you enjoy the game!
A quick run-down of the odd happening at my last time going post-physical: I had gotten to my current reset's slowing point, at about 100/121 upgrades in Stage 3. That was not after waiting for anything to build up, either--I had just reset and was maxing out my ships and buying upgrades. As SOON as I was immediately unable to buy the next upgrade I did another post-physical reset. The only thing I had to buy at all for that run was scouts. I got to about 2700 partway through Stage 3 and that was all I needed to get me through all of the stage 3 upgrades.
The game was very fun, but late balance is definitely an issue. Hope to see more in the future.
Challenging game, and in a fun way. I think some more RPG elements would definitely be fun; increased battle stats as you level up, and maybe things like being able to spend gold not only to replenish your lifespan, but increase it altogether. But those things aside, quality game.
Yeah, the one problem I have with this game is money generation. It seems a bit too difficult, and things like doing the math problems should maybe give you a small amount of money. Also I think it would be cool if you added an upgrade section to fishing where an upgraded pole can make fishing faster and increase your chances of catching better fish.
I sometimes got tired of the dialog, but I read through it nonetheless. Even with that small grievance, it wasn't enough to stop me from enjoying a truly excellent game. 5/5.
This game is pretty dull, in my opinion. Controls are crap and need to be updated/changed completely, I have no idea why this game got front page, badges and a card. It's not worth the play.
Love the game, I've replayed it many many times. I've noticed that when I pause the game and unpause it afterwards, the arrow keys don't work for movement and I have to use WASD for movement.
You should add extra upgradeable levels for the ship after beating the bonus level... sort of like a congratulations, because the message for beating the last level is a little weak.
