I've beaten a platformer called I Wanna Be The Guy, a game that only a few hundred people have ever beaten, on Hard difficulty, twice. It took me eight months on and off, and to this day I physically know nobody else who has beaten it despite all my friends trying. Some of the feats of platforming required in this game have left me in shock at the very THOUGHT of attempting them. Kudos to anyone who gets the Impossible Badge. I'll try it, but I think it might be another eight months before I get it...
The only disappointing part of the game is how easy normal mode is. Granted, it might seem easier than Chapter Zero because I'd played Chapter Zero before starting this, but I just called 5 waves at once to see if I could scrape out a win, and one of them ALMOST got to my orb...
Other than that, good game, premium and all, (which I bought).
Would someone mind telling me how GemCraft 1 ended? Just finished GemCraft 0, but I don't want to play GemCraft 1 because I already beat it, just forgot the ending.
Great game! The combo I'm using is maxing blue, then dipping into green for the Cut Out abilities. So at level 18, one gets massive amounts of mana, uber-powerful crypt towers, and every time you spend 50 mana, you get 100 gold. Seems like it'll be pretty effective!
Great 6 missions, 7th one when I got to the cover section, my reticle just wouldn't move where I told it, and the suppressing fire never stopped. Damn Somalians and their infinite ammo guns...
Biggest tip: The ability to discard 3 cards and draw 3 cards is incredibly powerful in a card game. I generally play a deck with 5 of each +1 resource generator, and in the early turns literally do nothing but discard cards to find more resource generators, and play them. Really good.
This is great. Yes, you can screw up sometimes or the RNG screws you over in the boss fights, but this achievement pushed me to the limit. I also loved how the game builds your adrenaline, then makes you execute finely controlled manoeuvers or math problems while your heart is racing. Good job. I would give it a 6 if I could, but I'll have to settle for a 5/5. Possibly the most fun badge to earn on Kong :)
Tips: use your peripheral vision to do the green game. Stay in the centre in the blue and red games. At 92-93 seconds, stop playing the green game if you're caught up. Never look directly AT the green portion of the screen.
