If it had a mute option, I'd say it was quite good. No Mute option = very annoying. (Yes, I realise I can mute my computer, but I'm running other apps)
Workaround for Chrome users: Bring up an onscreen keyboard, and click on the X key. This gets around whatever the mashing problem with Chrome is by cutting out the actual keyboard input.
Fun game. I don't really notice the art being repetitive, but somehow my sound glitched so I had to turn that off, which is sad.
It's strangely addictive to treat the little people, though, I managed to make it impossible for me to treat anyone when I started because I didn't take enough inspection courses, and couldn't tell the difference between one fo the syndroems and heart attacks.
Entertaining, though given I suicided because there was no hint of what I was supposed to be doing after I reached 2000 health and wasn't growing anymore, and the ships posed no threat ot me, I'm not sure what the end state is supposed to be.
I find launcher games more compelling with an X and Y axis of transit. Like the classic penguin/hedgehog launchers, etc. It certainly seems much more interesting than receiving just a "time in air" bonus to look at the asame piece of air you already cleared of all gettable objects on your way up.

I would've given this game a 4 or 5 star rating if it had had shortcut keys, I could process the information, but I foudn it incredibly frustrating to click everywhere I needed to witht he mouse, too much time on the task of moving the mouse.
Drew me in and I played it right through, but I'm not inspired to ever play it again, and it didn't feel like I was really accomplishing anything because it was so easy.
I swear, this game has to be up there as one of the most boring games ever on Kongregate.
And I say this as someone who -likes- typing games.
I shouldn't have to play for 35 minutes STRAIGHT with NO PAUSE BUTTON to get a challenge card that didn't even appear when I finished the boring ass grind.
Oh, and the Medium badge is impossible, because the boss fight with the demon has the instruction keys occluded by... other instruction keys! well done moron who coded this.
