@chaos: you actually have to fly over them and then click. to reposition, your character physically carries them. you can't pick scavengers up. let me know if this doesn't clear it up :)
@kiear, there is no second version... i just finished my 2nd game, currently looking for a sponsor. i'll be working on a second version soon though; it will be a lot less buggy, have better performance, and have more abilities :)
@bradbury: Does the weapon select stop due to lag? Or just randomly for no reason? Any info on what you did or how it happened would help (last ability used, area selected, just killed an enemy or no, etc). Thanks!
For the clear survivors award, it does take the closest to the extremes -- so if you saved 1/20, you would get bonus based on 19 killed. As for the final score, playing evil is a LOT easier than play good. So completing the game as a good guy will get you more AP, which will give you a better high score. The save percent factor into the final score. And theoretically, as evil, you should be taking less damage and getting less deaths if you don't have to worry about who you kill.
I've been messing around with the loader, I found it doesn't work if you load it and refresh in IE. It should be working now... still trying to fix the IE thing though.
I made a debug screen that occurs when you encounter a bug in battle. Please copy and paste the error text to me in a bug report and describe what happened/what you did. Thank you!
So I've gotten a few bug reports. Things I'll try to fix today: 1: first attack on enemy freezes everything. 2: completed stages, reached final level, load game and it's gone. 3: affinity blast reverting back to 1.70 damage at max level until something is upgraded. 4: Cannot select abilities with 1-8 at random times. 5: Load screen freezes at 100%. That's a lot >_< Sorry for those of you getting these, I'll try and fix them asap!
