First, you're the designer, so it is your fault. However, it is a good game, with some flaws - pathing on NPC is bad (stuck on a table during escape), dialogue is tied into music, and is therefore impossible to hear, and I missed the ending because I hit no once I died. :( 4/5
A bit too easy (not sure wth everyone else is complaining about) Way too repetitive though. Just swarm troops to the side that's invading, and you're done. No upgrades, no real change between levels except the difficulty (sometimes - some levels were easier than the one previous.) The valor points are nearly worthless, because of the troop cap. 3/5
Won't let me login - gives me one of several errors, seemingly randomly. Either I can't connect, or my login failed, or I'm already logged in, or I have the wrong password. 1/5 for Linux support.
Running Ubuntu, Jaunty Jackalope, guns do work (can't say the same about my resolution...)
Way too easy, gun upgrades were ridiculously overpowered. 3/5
Not sure if it's a bug, but I finished level 2 with full lives, but it says I only killed 96% of the enemies... Other than that, 4/5, decent TD, but nothing special.
So much incredible talent and potential... Unfortunately it stayed that way - all potential, none realized. It would work great if it were balanced. It would be great if the missile cells were accurate. It would be the bomb if it was reworked so that bugs and balancing were fixed.
The white screen bug is in your fade-out script, btw.
Erm, no save? Every time I start to play, it resets to the beginning... Am I missing something? Even then, 5/5, lots of fun, even the 5th time playing.
Died in the second scene, first act or however you were doing levels... Anyways, besides a lack of story line (so why the act/scene structure?) it seemed a bit unfinished... No way to buy things, except as you say between acts. That should probably be made between scenes instead.
Really fun for a bit, but then it becomes repetitive. 4/5. Needs something to keep the player intrigued, as mazgazine said. Either larger play area, better/more power ups, maybe exp. even for upgrades such as less yellows for a spawn, stronger/faster weapon, more yellows...
Whenever I leave a map I lose all my randomizers, which is a pain. Bug much?
Other than that, not too great a game, leveling is nearly worthless. Repetitive grindfest, oh joy.
