Given the amount of idles already out there, I kinda feel horrid for saying this but... I like this design and concept, and kinda want to see this expanded into a full-fledged idle (or idle-esque) game.
Yes, YES! An idle factory manager with long chains of component processes and sprawling conveyor belt spaghetti! Transport logistics! Resource rate management! Other than heavily modded minecraft, I've had yet to find a game with such in-depth and delicious factory management mechanics. Baldurans; you, sir, are hitting the metaphorical nail on the metaphorical head with the shiniest metaphorical wrench you've (n)ever seen! Keep up the awesome!
((Side note: Speaking of wrenches, I'm finding the lack of wrench iconography in this game slightly unsettling. Sure, wrenches might be a bit cliche at this point, but I find that they are quite like strips of bacon; you can never have enough of them.))
I find it funny how everyone is complaining about the lack of quality compared to the previous 2. I'm pretty sure it's intentional tbh. It' a metagame about freemium games, the overall quality drop is just another part of freemium games.
So, Iro has magenta eyes, rainbow hair, wears a blue hoodie, said hoodie has a lightning bolt on it, has a need for speed and a bit of an attitude. Sound familiar? No? Heh, didn't think so. Totally original character btw.
After playing "Sarah's Run", many subjects, when asked the question; "Which way is up?" replied by saying "It depends on what wall you are standing on". It is also worth noting that the participating subjects appeared to favor sitting on either the ceiling or the left wall of the interview room during the post-experiment interview...
Seems that you can double-attack with any physical skill. Select an enemy, then click the skill to trigger auto-attack, then click the enemy again to use the same skill again before the cooldown completes.
Okay, there's a lot of games out there, many of which I like. And even among them, most of them have at least one mechanic that I find absolutely painful to deal with. But this game? I thoroughly enjoyed this.
The final boss battle was going pretty well. Right up until... well you know, the whole destroying all your maxxed out towers thing? Yeaahhhhh. THAT. (Still won though, with only one life left!)
So I killed the Archmage. And the only damage I took was 30 points from my own immortality mist spell. After casting that, I then proceeded to reduce the Archmage to a pile of fine, white ash by repeatedly hitting him with a spell that dealt 200 damage, and a 100 damage burn DoT. Oh, and did I mention that it only cost 9 FP per cast? XD This game is ridiculous, in the most power-lust satisfying way.
Remove the energy mechanic and, I'd rate it at 2.
Make all weapons obtainable without premium currency even though it might be grind intensive to do so, and I'd give it a generous 3.
Entirely take out the premium currency, energy mechanic, begging your "friends" for stuff mechanic, and all the other crappy, overused pay2play/win mmo cliches, and I'd give it a solid 5.
tl;dr: Hey, Tensquare, your game is rotten, make it less rotten.
maaaaybe :P
