Tip: For the horribly annoying third boss, it really seemed to help to buy the powerup that maps the monkey more closely to your mouse pointer. Gets it back to the target quickly when the balloon stack pushes it off.
Allow me to elaborate. If I have 24 kills and 5 deaths in a 30-kill deathmatch, my team should probably win. I could play a little better, but not much. I think the problem might be with my teammates.
The oblique view makes it very hard to see the cards your opponent plays and the cards in the deck editor. Why not a straight-down view like other games? It's not like I forget which side I'm playing.
Significant problem with this game is the way the numbers slide off the screen when there's not room for them in a row or column. Other than that, not a bad adaptation.
Argh. The third jump on level 50 is extremely frustrating given the responsiveness of the controls. It's not like I don't know where the jump is and when to do it. It's just that I miss 9 out of 10 tries and when I do succeed, it's for no obvious reason.
Sorry, I disagree with Guyholliday. Even for the type of game it is, it needs work. There is the math foundation for a good game, but it's hard to tell what's going on -- is my soldier in a bunker? Taking cover? Who's got the most health? Options for Upgrades like guns, etc. should be on the individual soldier so I know what he's already got. That kind of thing.
