@pedved I don't see how the AI filters are a "road to totalitarianism." Their primary function is to prevent abuse, including hate speech, which IS a road to totalitarianism.

Besides fixing the bugs, I think this game would benefit from a smaller file size (and thus a faster loading time) and a less invasive tutorial. Even if you think that it's important to say "this is your number of balls," I don't think pausing the game is needed to tell me that. In spite of it all, I think this game has some pretty cool ideas, and I think it could do well if given more TLC.

This was an interesting take on the arcade game formula. Pretty neat!

I'm glad you liked the concept!

Short and sweet, interesting concept.

Interesting game, I liked how many of the levels were callbacks to previous ones. Out of curiosity, have you played Escape From Puppy Death Factory? It's a game with a similar swap gun mechanic.
Sorry, never heard of this game. But I just tried it out and it's amazing! I like mirror mechanic from it!

"I always wanted to make my own games and every tutorial ever created claimed that pong should be the first game you try when taking your first steps as a developer." Not sure if I agree with that statement. I've been a developer for a long time, and I think there was only one time when I implemented pong, and even then, I was building off a mostly completed game. (I also think pong has a few problems, but seeing as you've basically copied Pong Verbatim, those aren't your fault). A pretty solid first game!
I didn't mean that making a pong is a must do for every developer, it just seems to be a good way to familiarize with the process and gradually improve yourself, tha't what I read (and hope). Thank you for the review, it means a lot.

I agree with what Tasselfoot said about this game being very trial and error. I also didn't think the platforming physics; the controls were too floaty, which made the lack of coyote time (where you can jump a few frames after leaving a ledge) even worse. I did find some of the secret stuff to be interesting...
You're right! The game doesn't always feel as smooth as I would like it to. The main reason for that is that I created it using the game engine GDevelop 5 for the first time, and focused more on the content of the game rather than it's control. I can not swear that I will add coyote time in the next update, as this might take too much time for now, but I appreciate your comment and I will take it into account for my next games using GDevelop 5, that's for sure!

The puzzles in this game were kinda neat. I wish there was a puzzle that more obviously explained the need for the restart buttons, but the way you used them was clever, and the fruit moving was pretty unique!
Thanks for your kind feedback :)

Cool game! 5/5

@deep_darkness It makes perfect sense for the dev to be on the leaderboards: Developers usually test their games before they play them, and the stats API treats devs exactly like players.

There were some really cool level design moments in this one. Nice game!

This is a pretty cool puzzle game! I liked how everything interacted in intuitive ways, and the elements were used and combined very well. Not to mention: it's a very unique concept!
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you for playing!

Very cool game!

Cool game. There's something oddly satisfying about making your horse become obese.

I think there were some really good ideas in this game, but it was hampered by the controls, unforgiving level design/hitboxes, and a general lack of good UX. (Also: the art and music was good, but the credits didn't tell me who made them.)

I'll admit: at first, I was kinda skeptical of this game's premise. But having played up to level 17, I can say this is an elegantly designed, mind bending puzzle game. 5/5
Thanks for playing! *quietly waiting for the next 5 step steve :)*

Nicely done! Was not expecting this to be a puzzle game about parity.
Yay, thanks! (:
