Could you implement some stats summary? I mean clear, visible what are my stats from skill points and what are given from which item (some kind of graph, bars maybe?). Now to check what stats I picked when I was last time online I need to unequip everything. Added stats which item gives you which stat boost would greatly help in prioritise what to buy/look for next. Rarity of items is usefull, but for now reflects only how many boosts item have. Maybe some kind of item lv/rating might be added too for easier measuring overall power of the item?
Ok, where are those rogues anyway? Have guild hall2, warriors2, smithy2 museum, 10 tanneries. No rogues den, no rogues class... Am I missing something or got bug alert?
Liked the concept, especially when in terms of concepts we deal on ripoffs recently. It's a 5. Restart level as mentioned above would be nice. Rest are just cosmetics I guess. Better graphics, sounds (current are, well...) and that, but that's for next instalment, right?
One more thing. If enemy (or you if that matter) attack using melee, they shouldn't be able to attack second row units like commander or any ranged, if front line is intact.

Nice try. But bugs make game unplayable. I have meet invading army at Panonia. Lost and retreated to Cisalpine, where I finally defeated invaders with another. This made Panonia inaccesible. Tooltip says, that there are 10.000 seleucids there, any attempt of entering there ends with my legions greyed out, standing where they're supposed move from, with nothing else to do than ending turn (no other actions are possible to execute). Second bug (it ain't at purpose I hope?) is that invading armies, after battle (retreated legions are greyed out, unable to move in following turn) immediately attack retreated legion next turn, finishing it off, which makes retreat option useless. And then thing become even worse, invading army which at cost of losing whole legion I weaken, with hope of defeating it whith another of my armies, next turn is fully replenished ready to buttkick my poor legionaries. With this, a single barbarian army is able to crush your legions one by one, and end you empire.
7th instalment already... And still noone pointed that map is all wrong? Borders you see are created after 1945. It would be nice to finally see map from correct period. Small thing really, but hurts.
Simply brilliant. This game let me live again in that long forgotten era when games looked and sounded like c$%p, but it never bothered anyone, because story told keept you until the very end. That is what current developers seem to forgot. THE most important part of the game is a tale. Like in the good book, you don't realy care about fancy pictures or background music. It's nice when both are there, but without good story to tell there are meaningless.
You have to prove yourself in order to unlock the rogue class. Something that rogues usually do...perhaps something dealing with traps in the dungeon?
