My advice to you on the Creeper World Academy level 5 would be to explore usage of ‘suicide blasters/launchers’. Basically build 10+ of them, and send them into a concentrated creeper area just to thin it out, so your main offensive force can take land back a little bit. The creeper in that lower chamber is strangely shaped, so you can even recover the ‘suicide’ blasters.
If you have trouble affording the energy costs of them, I’d recommend just playing the long game (You can save with ctrl+c) and building reactors on every available space.
