This game looks great, but what a drag to play... it takes FOREVER to do anything, the actual "playing" takes about 45 seconds (well maybe more, since the UI is annoyingly inefficient to navigate) and then: wait for like 6 days.
If NOT PLAYING is a key mechanic of the game, then is it really a game?
Hey: why is this the Badge of the Day when Ruffle doesn't work with the Badge of the Day... on top of that, I get 'Loading API' forever, and the game never starts.
Does the boiler only sell heat from ONE adjacent tile? If I put 1 boiler next to 3 heat sinks, it generates the same amount of $$ per tick as if I put it next to 1 heat sink...
I was about to give this 5 stars. Game play was immediately fun, and the tutorial was guiding me through the basics quite nicely. Then I had this nagging voice in the back of my head: 'you're going to have to pay real money real soon'. I looked at some of the comments, and sure enough it is pay to play. If this is like so many other games that become an unbearable grind unless I pay real money I give it 1 star. There needs to be a special tag for these types of games so that I waste zero time playing them...
Wow. This game rocks. Even more excellent is the developer jumping on here and responding to all the comments, implementing features based on feedback from players. Nicely done.
Thanks! Looks like I'll make something like closed beta tests before releasing next games - players feedback really help to prioritize some things and polish the game.
