having the second manager upgrade is really nice but id still like to be able to see time remaining even though i have them. that and possibly changing time remaining into runs per second like someone previously mentioned.
seems more like an unfinished game than anything else, the selection of equipment, especially weapons needs to be expanded; having the specialization in weapons then having the weapon selection so severely limited makes it rather worthless, games need immediate reward as well as long term goals so reducing the amount of weapon exp for bonuses would be another thing to consider. Prices for premium things needs to be reduced drastically. The first area's monsters need to be made much easier to defeat or else combat needs to be able to go until one of you dies-perhaps put in an option to switch between having the current five round system and the one just described. i could go on but i have better things to do
I like this game a lot, it's fun, pretty well balanced and has a nice difficulty curve, the one thing that irritates me to no end is the skills. you can switch between all of them during the level after you switch you have to again go into the skills to use anything. having the ability to use the skills from the "shop" by shift-clicking or some other mechanism would improve gameplay flow.
the defense wall, infinite fortress, and aegis barrier all level up by taking damage, if you create then delete a Nuclear terra it explodes and damages everything around it heavily, all without counting as a lost unit, so you can level up those three unit by creating and deleting nuclear terras without penalty. make sure you don't place them to close to any other unit because most can't take the damage and make sure that you have multiple healing units covering the defense unit to quickly recover. this only works on an actual level ie. you can't use this in the formation editor.
Really fun game and a great idea i look forward to the full release. A few things; the inventory could do with a little expansion and when you're tossing things out to make room it will often switch to another part for no reason so you end up tossing something you want to keep. also, when you're fighting something it shouldn't be able to walk right through you with no resistance.
kinda fun but i have a few problems. I payed 20,000 for a surveyors office and it burns the records of where it found gold the day before, and without fail always goes to the other side of the map to find gold instead of doing the logical thing and finding gold close by the offices. no record of whether or not a hole in the ground has gold or if I mined it out already also a lapse in logic, because I'm pretty sure actual mining companies would keep records of that...
Few of your comments are already fixed in the newer versions. We might update the demo with the current fixes.
