Depends on your age - 200% is possible with really nice dice rolls, but typically 199% is where you'll be stopping. As you get older, the max percent drops. Slowly up until age 55, at which point it starts getting a bit more punishing.
Not really very challenging. After the first few levels, spamming lv'ed up warriors pretty much slaughters any opposing force (by about level 35 or so, I was paying 5 to take out every creature in a row including the tough ones and doing 5 damage as well - I stopped using the 80 boost because that was sacrificing 80 points of damage.

I like how the Seecha are like machines - they are masters of mechanisms without understanding and count in binary. The Lorem are like people - they know science, but they can't implement things at the speed of a machine. Still working on ending 7.
**Major Spoilers**:
I love how almost everyone's name is actually their species or some other aspect of what they are. Ginny-Djinni, Neferiti-Eferiti, Kitsune the foxkind, Johnny-Janni, Swig is from a race of alcoholic pandas, Mare-Marid, Aurica-Oracle, Deadeye/Dedai is blind, Starwish/Wishing Star
Darn it! Why do I only get one birthday wish!?
Odd, I didn't see any Dao. Maybe I think too much in D&D terms.
I just noticed that the title screen Japanese is a bit off. Nonetheless, this is a surprisingly well-made game. I haven't quite beaten it yet and I'm worried about the replay value after spending so many hours getting through it the first time on normal difficulty, but I expect it will still be fun the next time around.
