Greetings. I am L. I am not the L you know from the anime series ‘DEATH NOTE’. No, I am a different L. My last name begins with L so I feel it is appropriote. I am not against Kira on the possibility that a ‘kira’ possibly exists. You may even say i agree with ‘kira’ if there is one somewhere. My case is against the ‘manga murder’ case.

THIS IS A TRUE STORY. On September 28,2007,
A couple of pedestrians discovered a corpse. (mostly just the torso and thighs) The corpse was of a yet-to-be unidentified man in DudenPark, in forest, Brussels. Detectives have yet to identify the murdurer, but they concluded that the victim is a caucasion about 20-30 years old, and that the body is about two days deceased and stored in a refridgerator. The victims thighs were shaved and the location he was found in was very close to the highest point in Brussels. Possibly the most dissturbing thing about this case is, however, two notes found near the victim’s corpse. On the notes was written: Watashi wa kira dess, an incorrect rominization of the Japanese ’Watashi wa kira desu, meaning:
“I am kira” or even further translated to: “I am killer” as notable from the anime.

This case has been labeled by Belgium as the “manga murder”, manga meaning Japanese comics, the words written on the notes, a referrance to the popular anime/manga series.

Wherein the protogonist, Light yagami uses a ‘death note’ the notebook of a shinigami, or ‘death god’, which has the supernatural power to kill the humans whose name is written on it, to rid the world of criminals, prompting the public nickname kira, or killer. The fact that the victims body was found near the highest point in Brussels may hold some significance, as kira assumes the role of a god, who will cleanse the world of evil then create a utopian society of those he deems worthy will live.

Could there be a murderer who is playing the role of Light Yagami ‘god of new world’? If so, I am willing to stop this impersonater if a real live kira doesn’t first. By searching the internet for hints we can stop this event from getting worse. There are many average everyday people who are willing to aid me, but i need to know you are out there.
