Feb 26, 2009 4:08pm Beat the game on any mode to unlock insane mode. Play on Insane mode. If you die, go to the main menu, right-click, go to settings, click on the microphone. Right-click on the box with the arrow. Click forward. You are alive again and the enemies you killed are dead. Repeat this until you have 1 enemy left. Die. Do the first part.
