@frisbeedog: I created one with 26 boxes, 3326 moves, and no recursion. I could reduce the number of boxes to 25 easy, but that increases the number of moves by about 100.
I had found a proper "genius" solution to level 12 (8 boxes/1239 moves), but I've found what I think is a more elegant solution using 11 boxes and 1144 moves. I say elegant, because I doesn't require you to increment all the numbers, just one.
It was a nice casual game. Several levels weren't optimized, in the sense that I could finish them without using all the shovels. Two tips: Look for places where it's impossible to separate trees with water (use a shovel there), and look for trees immediately next to saplings (these MUST be used to grow those saplings).
Whoa, sorry about that. I'll get to work on fixing that right away. My apologies.
[edit] It's fixed. There will now be no issues with getting a false Game Over screen.
Looked like it had potential, but I was really hoping for more than a fairly standard drop game. Great look, but mediocre gameplay. Use this character in a platform game with some sort of story.
See, I already understood that the 'hero' was fading away (somewhat sad), but after I read LittleHat's explanation where he's already dead and the "girl cannot let go", I had to laugh: "As you give her the things that she like, you give colour to her empty world". In other words, 'Find meaning and happiness in life through material goods!'
Far, far, far too easy. If only there were higher difficulty levels, or different layouts. All I did was hide in twice: once before the crowd got out, and again in another corner after ditching some chick who was stalking me.
Great game, but I was really expecting more from the different characters. Either different possible equipment or different ability sets (like maybe the psycho moves really fast and the gentleman is a tank). I guess I was just a bit disappointed that the difference was just a new skin.
Also, hold 'A' then 'D'.
Unleash the moonwalk, baby.
Nice, easy game, with just enough to keep me entertained, but not so much to get frustrating.
Tips:
*Prioritize skill upgrades
-Level 1 cash and XP first. Then reload and health
-Follow that up with Level 2 XP and cash, any order, then lvl 2 reload
-Level 3 the same skills, same order
-THEN go for the other skills
-Regeneration, even level 3, is too slow to be any real help
-Don't jump on top of car and zombies won't attack it, so car strength and fixing speed are nearly pointless
*Prioritize weapons
-Skip all weapons that are not shotguns, until the minigun
-Mines are totally unnecessary, but can be useful to clear a swarm around yourself (Mines don't hurt you)
-Heal up as soon as you get the full benefit of the heal (but at least buy the Winchester BEFORE your first heal)
*Other tips
-If you stay near the car, fix it while you reload
-Don't worry about the birds until everything else is dead
-You can't kill things off the screen (or at least it seems that way to me)
