What is the point of the kings? They don't do anything. You can assign them, but it has no difference in productivity.

This game is fun. The only thing I would like to say is that the wealth needs to increase at a faster rate. I have been playing for a few weeks now and I still don't have a relatively high income (I just got over 900k/s (130isk wealth)). The fact that everything costs money to maintain indicates that money should be easier to get. As I sink money to make money, it increases the footprint significantly. Then I have to pay out the *ss to buy different features (science, availability, force, I, J). Then that detracts from the wealth. I have previously played this and do not remember it being so difficult to get wealth. The quests are fun, but mostly unbeneficial (a few are beneficial, but most are insignificant).

Great game. The concept and play is fun and well developed. I would like to see where this game goes after the development process is done with it. However, I cannot find the second recipe for the life of Angelus. A few things that I would like to see in the future: a better description of what I am agreeing too in terms of job commitment, a chance to change jobs later in life, more romantic options (maybe a tailor/jeweler apprentice), changes in the environment (snow will melt by certain year?) and people reciprocally ("When will they finish that bridge?!" after the bridge is fully complete), more quests, different areas for battle including different enemies, guilds to join (to add people to party), and a larger world. I know that this game is in the middle of development but these are some things I am hoping to see! Great play, the current combat is too easy to overcome, fun systems that work smoothly that could use some more flushing out. Total rating 9/10. A must play!!!

Developer response from Disruption

Hi! First, thanks a lot for your comment :) About the second recipe, it's on the second level of the mine. It's a bit hidden, but it's on a treasure chest so it can be obtained :) About the suggestions, most of what you commented are on our list. In terms of size, there will be 3 more resource areas like the mine, for the other 3 professions you can get, so there is going ot be a lot more to explore, and the mine is also going to get bigger :). And also we will make people advance a bit more with time. Since there are so many NPCs, doing so for all of them was just impossible in the time we had for the contest, so we just did the aging of the main character and the girl you can marry :) Cheers and thanks again for the nice comment! Dis.

Overall idea is fun. It is a game that you have absolutely NO CONTROL over!!! If you get to choose an action such as, look for a companion, search for weapons, inspect for food, or scout area to prevent attack, for a set amount of hours it would make it more fun! Also, the completely randomized fact of the starting items is a bit much. It would be fun to re-roll a single aspect instead of re-rolling all of them. The ability to choose what type of apocalypse would be fun too!

The game is decent. It would be better if there was a trade option to trade 50 crystals for a star. And there should be a module for increasing the ships defense. The final level is a bit hard and my parts keep on dying really quickly or I lose precious space for shields (which still die quickly but not nearly as fast). Also, the special modules should have a cooldown so that you can use them again instead of having to load up a bunch. Overall, I did enjoy the game but it seems to be too intricate to be able to win.

For a prototype, this game is a great place to start. It has a good system but it would be nice to have an inventory. I keep winning potions but can't ever use them. And the cash seems pointless without a means of using it. It would also be nice to know more about the stats. What does the luck stat actually do? And having a progressive enemy level system would be nice so that there's an area where the enemies are withing the same level range as yourself. 1-inventory 2-store 3-stats screen 4-level appropriate areas 5-equipement? Overall 2 stars. As a prototype 4 stars. Great start! Can't wait to see what this game can ascend to!!!

it's very.....confusing at first. you should have a stats bar that shows how much hp, strength, and defense an enemy has when you scroll over them. also have a shop option in the towns so you can see what you are buying before you actually buy (and so you can buy scrolls too).
