As Ackbob said, the game will occassioally freeze at the end of the level. All it takes is a refresh and praying you aren't on Masochist. Asdf, Level 17 is not impossible. Get the Anti-Bullet Field gadget.
I like the permanent magic, however the fact that combat magic is severely broken doesn't make keeping anything but heal spells useful. Oftentimes, I'd find myself over with a battle before I could drag the magic symbol to my character. The rest of the time I'd find that it didn't recognize I was holding said symbol over my character. The same glitch "works" with potions and healing spells outside of combat. I'll find myself dragging that +500HP potion over me twice just to use it once, which is really frustrating. Combat magic needs to be easier to cast, and I'd like to not have to do actions twice for the effect once.
Why can't I mute the menu music on mission selection screen? It forgets that I have it muted. Also, after I beat Mission 1, I get nothing new... Bug on my end? I'd like to at least try this game.
A very simplistic, over-used, and mindnumbingly boring resource collection, combined with overpriced, undereffective units, extremely linear and "Big number wins" combat, and extremely overpowered spells, and you have this.
Good job on taking Bejeweled, tossing in useless resources (see: Iron), and having overpowered magic.
Thanks for the carpel tunnel!
Ratchet500: Not quite. I've gotten 38 experts, which means about 1/3 of that (like 13) are speed. Just unlock everything you can, the only one I'm having issues with is the Kar (I really hope that after I shoot 98,000 rounds from this slow thing I no longer have the bolt.)
Odd. I tried by best to get A compassion because I got B my first round. I made sure I selected every compassionate thing and got a D. I guess I fail really bad? xD
