There needs to be SOME sort of limitation on pillaging and ransoming. I've been at a standstill for a month because some dude has ransomed my haven and I can't build any units unless I wait a month or two. Even then I only have enough to liberate myself before I get wrecked again by higher levels...
I agree with Heelus... We need to be able to buy clothes with honor points. I just played a game and went 24-1 and I can just now barely afford a freaking bandanna...
Amazing game! I was skeptical at first until I caught the hang of where it was going and became immersed in the story. I always think about stuff like this and sometimes read up on different 'String Theory' versions and ideas. Excellent game 5 stars.
So I killed the turtle with all of my buildings monopolized and at full capacity... And suddenly see the word "Defeat" across my screen (My units are jumping for joy, which means victory...)
Maybe you could add the ability to tell your units when to attack or when to just defend while you build enough of an army to take the enemy head-on. Just a suggestion that I think would be cool. :)
A simple strategy that usually helps me win the "Battlefield Mode" battles is just to simply flood one or two lanes with mice, healing from time to time. Thumbs up if you agree or this works for you.
Final boss was honestly easy for me, only took one try. Just have to spend everything you can on HP and attack (choosing the most efficient ones) and make sure to buy the 'Mace Horn' and one of the special tails. Those give you some of the best attacks, which are vital for killing the final boss. Also, don't be afraid to heal yourself every few turns (at least)
Whenever you die in battle, one of two things will happen:
1. You will sit bored to death as the two AI's sit and battle it out in a virtual stalemate until one finally conquers another.
2. You will witness one of the most epic battles since the Spartans vs. Persians.
