ok thanks! anyway its weird that mrmoomooman is helping me upgrade my silos….. maybe he wants to attack me again?

No, he was warned about this, and suffered a punitive attack from other alliance members. I’d suspect he’s helping you now simply to show he’s not your enemy any more
