She needs to sign into that email address and either reply to the one we sent her or (if it got lost or whatever) email kreds@kongregate.com and confirm that she is the owner of the account and authorizes the purchases on Kongregate. If she’s confused, she can email kreds@kongregate.com from any email account and one of the folks there will explain what’s happening. Basically, the question is not “is this a real person” but “does this person have permission to use this money.” We do our best to make it clear, but it stays confusing. :-/ Because Kongregate sells virtual goods instead of physical ones, credit card companies put a lot of extra fraud-prevention responsibility on us. show less
