Basic pointers since this game lacks basic instructions. You are going to die, you will lose your stuff! That is not a big deal as you keep your level. Note that the game saves when you reach the town, -every- time. I recommend you save money and when you start with a weapon you like, buy an “Artefact” followed by enchanting your weapon. If you do not like the results from the 2 chests, remember, the game saved before you spent your gold *cough. Even if you do not get a weapon you like, you can still play. Chances are, you will get it soon as a drop. I also buy an “Artefact” every time I reach town, even if I have 8 already. I find the staff the best weapon and teleporting over traps is a nice bonus.
I did Act 1-1 thru 1-6 on hard, started act 2 with full first set. On act 2-1 Half the crap respawned after killing and it was 6 levels long...... This is where i said screw thing game.
Overall good game. Unlike most, i like the movement and coin pick up connection, makes it a bit more interesting by making you choose damage over coins at times. The entire story line..., well the opening bit made me want to not read anything else and skip over it all, so that's what i did. But if i wanted a great, story, I'd read a book.
I played for about 3.5 months now. I did put $20 into the Money Back for 450 diamonds over 90 days. This is probably the least amount of money you can put into the game and not really have to struggle with things. You need inventory slots, training slots opened and farm slots opened. Keep in mind, money back is slow but keeps the game interesting as you progress. For those that like to try to compare this with others game, stop, get over yourself, nobody cares. Enjoy the game while you can then move on to the many others.
Buggy. You can kill everything and your army just sits there with their thumbs up their butts. Having the keep replacing boards over and over is highly discouraging.
Sorry, the ending (and the intro and the story cut scenes) was cut off because we were late with the release.
