My RP Character...
MY RP character's name is Duriel. A humanoid who was traveling to see his family when suddenly his cruiser was attacked by the infamous race of the Zerg.(The zerg are a terrifying and ruthless amalgamation of biologically advanced, arthropodal aliens. Dedicated to the pursuit of genetic perfection, the zerg relentlessly hunt down and assimilate advanced species across the galaxy, incorporating useful genetic code into their own.), Duriel escaped with his life, well almost. Before he could reach an escape pod an infestor had slashed at his back knocking him into the pod. The pod launched away from the vessel and he made it to safety. Little did he know that when the infestor made it's mark a virus was inserted into him causing an infection from the gash on his back to spread. The infection soon consumed him causing him to turn into an infested humanoid with the power to mutate and the power to control the swarm. The escape pod crashed landed on a nearby planet. Duriel, now consumed with darkness, had overrun the planet with his newly found powers making him stronger and more powerful. Now Duriel seeks the same objective as the Zerg in destroying every other race.

The RP I usually do is called the "Poseidon" RP. The "Poseidon" is a MEGA prison ship the size of about 1,000 Empire state buildings put together, holding millions of criminals. The "Poseidon" mysteriously loses most of it's power and is pulled towards the surface of an uncharted planet due to it's gravitational pull. The "Poseidon" reroutes all of it's power to it's engines in a attempt to try to keep it in orbit, and it's defense systems. This causes the cells to lose their power to hold their inmates (us RPers). Inmates must escape their cells and escape the ship. There are two starting points in this RP. Before, or after the crash. Before is where you and your fellow inmates jump off of the ship or take one of the smaller ships docked onto it. After the crash is when, well, after the crash, you can just blast a hole in the ship's billions of micro-hulls to escape. In this RP you can be whatever you want, the "Poseidon" has a large variety of inmates because of it's massive size and because of how many planets it's been to. You can be good or bad. If you're bad, you can be imprisoned for whatever you did. If you're good then you could have been framed or something. Basically, be whatever you want to be. The ship has it's own force known as The Guard. The Guard's arsenal consists of guards (equipped with standard plasma rifles, grenades, scanners, radio, and life support.), Turrets such as Large Plasma turrets on the ship's outer hull that unfold. Inner turrets which are basic Machine Gun ballistic like turrets. And Knightmares, a large mechanical being like robot piloted by the Guard's best of men, the pilot is located just beneath the head of the Knightmare. A knightmare can be equipped with a wide variety of weapons such as swords, rocket launchers, SMGs, HMGs, Hadron cannons, Shock cannon, Gauntlet, Lance, Grappling spikes, beam rifles, and the dreaded FLEIJA warhead. (This warhead, on detonation, completely disintegrates everything within a 5 mile radius, making it the most powerful weapon The Guard has.) These units make up The Guard's ground Arsenal. The Guards air arsenal consists of Wraiths, fighter like ships, equipped with tri-beam laserz and dual missile launchers. The Valkrie,also a fighter. Equipped with short ranged missiles used to barrage enemies. The carrier, has no weapons but can carry several of The Guard's ground arsenal at once, and usually has an escort. And last, but most certainly not the least, the Battlecruiser. The Battlecruiser is a massive ship equipped with several Plasma batteries to bombard any surface, or take out any air threats. The Battlecruiser also has it's own hangar housing several Wraiths and Valkries. The Battlecruiser's strongest weapon is it's Yamato cannon, charged by a power coil that goes through the center of the ship, making a large ball of destructive power with the radius of about 600 feet, obliterating almost anything it is shot at. This is all of the units The Guard has in their air arsenal.
The planet the "Poseidon" crash lands on a well.... Uncharted planet. The planet has been overrun by the infamous race known as the
"Zerg". The zerg are a terrifying and ruthless amalgamation of biologically advanced, arthropodal aliens. Dedicated to the pursuit of genetic perfection, the zerg relentlessly hunt down and assimilate advanced species across the galaxy, incorporating useful genetic code into their own. The Zerg's units consist of the Zergling, (Dog sized creature with razor sharp claws that tear throught heir prey. They usually are not alone and come with many others. They attack in numbers.), Hydralisk (A 9 foot tall serpent like creature that can shoot an endless supply of poisonous spike from it's shoulders. It also has two scythe like blades on the ends of it's arms.), Ultralisk (A gargantuan beast about 50 Feet tall with enormous blade like tusks. This is the largest of the Zerg's ground forces.), Mutalisk (This is a worm looking creature with wings as it flies around bombarding it's foes with clusters of plasma that ricochet from enemy to enemy), Scourge (A suicidal creature that flies right into their enemies and explodes into a huge ball of acid taking it's victim down with it.), Overlord (The Zerg's carrier like unit, this creature carries other creatures of the Zerg in it's stomach protected by an extremely hard outer shell, flying it's way across the skies, *Warning* Overlords usually have escorts.) Now that the explanation is done. Get out there and have some fun!
