Took a couple hours to get to a point where resetting no longer provides any benefit. In alpha, obviously, but more content would warrant a higher rating.
9.4 quadrillion angel investors. That's enough people for 1.30 MILLION earths. And I still cannot afford to buy much more than 700 newspaper stands. Frankly, I'm beginning to think my business model sucks.
Great game, great series. Bought the added content because, frankly, I've logged over 100 hours playing your games...I might as well support you in some way, right? Plus, I get more stuff for it! Great deal.
Great game, I already bought it, and it's WELL worth the $4.99 with the KONG coupon code. Given the promise of more updates (since it's only version 0.8.4), I'm looking forward to playing this game for quite some time.
Game is nowhere near the quality or depth of the other EW games. Honestly, a considerable let-down. So much time and effort clearly went into the player-driven mechanics of the earlier games. This game is more of a "hit speedx3..wait...press x...press z...press x again...win"
BUG NOTICE> Importing someone's dungeon and running it solo in dungeon crawl mode will net you a 2 day finish if you kill the dragon. Since you can manually wander around on empty squares to heal your hero, this is achievable on most dungeons.
Frankly, I didn't have a problem with the hero navigation like everyone else seems to have had. Random makes sense, and if you don't like the path they're going, change the dungeon layout.
Second, we should NOT be able to place the items on our own, that's literally the only aspect of the game that creates any sort of challenge or thought. Without that, the game has no point, as you'd just be throwing down "monster, potion, chest, coins, monster potion, chest, coins" over and over and you'd win without any effort.
Great game Nerdook, much appreciated.
Really bad balance issue. Talents that give a 99% chance to instant kill on a crit, plus 90% greater chance to crit. Using a high crit automatic fire weapon (AK-47 or Gauss) you steamroll and the repairers have an easy time keeping up.
Pseudo, never stop making games. This one exceeds Mardek 2 in in length, re-playability, depth, girth (never mind that last one) just as Mardek 2 exceeded Mardek. The amount of time and effort you put in is justified in the product you put out.
The only beef I have with this game is the spinning blade traps. Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like when there are two next to each other, and a pit on the other end, either you need perfect timing or luck to get by.
Good game, flame tower is nice to abuse. Fire damage stacks nicely, and the way fire resistance is calculated allows the tower to damage everything but one wave. Also, that one wave appears to be BURN immune, not fire immune as described.
