Update, I was finally able to hit 300 runes after updating regularly for another 8 days. My Occult stats were both e13 and the prestige level was at 100. Good luck and don't feel obligated to waste time on this nonsense.
The scaling in this game is insanely poor. OOC, can anyone who's reached 300 Occult runes shed some lights on what stats you need? I've been over 200 for days now, but I'm nowhere near close to 300.
Why are the controls so overly loose? It's like playing an obligatory NES ice level. Bad enough getting bounced half the level on spikes, but not having tight controls on what platforms that are there is a major disappointment.
This would be more enjoyable if I could hold a directional button down instead of having to repeatedly press it to move across the stage. Distracts from the ambiance and game feel.
Everything takes too long, especially the "bonus" rewards for winning. I haven't gotten a character upgrade from the Arena in weeks but I need to hit level 5 for a quest. I've picked up two bonus cards from winning matches in the past week and a half; thankfully I wasn't dependent on getting cards from there yet.
This would be way more playable if it had a better shooting mechanic. It's nearly impossible to finesse jump and use the mouse to shoot at the same time, which is required when enemies occupy small platforms.
This game is glitching like whoa. The background sometimes fills up with faces, text and other random pixels; text choices are invisible and avatars are stairs or other random stuff. What's going on?
What happened to my saved game file from 12 hours ago? I know it was there at the time but now I have to start from scratch... So close to the second badge too...
It takes so much work to unlock the autoreb tab, but it's useless since rebirthing starts you at 0 and requires human interaction to get going again. Why did I waste so much time unlocking the farm and then the 10 million to get it?
It started crashing in Chrome today. It had been working for months, albeit sometimes very slowly and it's definitely a memory hog, but now I crash each time I click accessories. Please fix this.
Why don't buildings and resources from other cities impact each other? I just played to level 15 in the first map, why do I have to start from square one for the second map?
Do the monsters disappear forever once you beat them? I'm stuck in the final area and keep dying. Takes too many hits to kill orbs/boss with the golden trifork sword and the green armor doesn't prevent enough damage.
