I must have missed the power up that speeds your ship up, sorry about that maybe perhaps increasing the initial movement speed of the ship then as the speed it first moved at was a bit slow (although probably an intentional design choice, which is fair enough). About screen wrapping its basically when you move over the edges you wrap around to the other side so if you go left too much you end up on the right side, that again is not something that works in every game like this but I think it could be worth a try especially if the ships moving faster. Your welcome for the input I understand what its like to be an aspiring developer, keep up the good work! :)
