So I'm watching a 1959 movie from the real world in a window in a terminal in a flash game in my browser?
I... don't know why this is a thing. But I approve.
This. Is. Fun.
Not much more to it, but that's all I want; funny cutscenes, cool music, rythm game, user-made content, replayability and no bugs whatsoever.
You've made it too easy to sound cool... 5/5
Oh, and other people were putting their songs in comments.. and so I thought I'd be a stupid noob and do it too! :P

Smooth sounds; good.
Took me a while to realise it had started. But even when I did it took me a while longer to figure out what to do. Then even longer still to do it.
I finished the first level and was like; THERE'S ANOTHER!?
Then accidentally fell down to the middle of level 1. Sorry; I don't think I'm going to give this game a fair go because it's too hard. Probably just my mood atm, though for that.
So I broke your game by jumping off of the mountain to the left of where the character starts and watching him fall for a while. Now when I press spacebar, I get teleported back to where I started and just fall through the mountain back to where I was falling off the mountain.
Technical stuff; make sure the background pictures cover the whole game screen, because I'm pretty sure it doesn't when you beat the second chapter. Having a few different types of rocks would be nice. Some more plants, and things in the foreground and background around the player would add to the atmosphere. Also, if you're up for it, a more epic dying scene for the golems would be.. um... more epic... And maybe have a part where he poses or something after beating them. I dunno. It was all a bit: "These are giant golems that are destroying stuff, but don't really care you are jumping about them with a sword which can apparently kill them by making them bleed a little bit?"
Nice idea. There is interesting level design. But, you've probably covered everything new you can with this idea. I'd be impressed if you could make this any better with any amount of more levels. It's just... nice. It's not "really good" at anything, but has everything put together fine, and it works. It's one of those games where you get taste and think. "Oh, that's pretty cool" but it's basically just the same as any other platformer. I don't know that's a bad thing, but it's just that... well... it's a platformer. 4.5/5 (It's also one of those games where I criticise it, but still think it's a darn good game)
OMG YOUR GAME MADE MY COMPUTER HOLD SHIFT AND NOW I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT STOP! (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MESSAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN IN LOWER CASE. I'M NOT YELLING, MY COMPUTER IS MAKING ME DO IT BECAUSE OF YOUR GAME)
NOT A BAD GAME, THOUGH. IT WAS LIKE A BIG LONG, DRAWN-OUT JOKE. FUNNY FOR A TIME... I DID HAVE FUN PRETENDING TO VOICE THE SNAIL, HOWEVER. ("ALMOST THERE...JUST...OUT...OF... REACH. MUST GET TO PLANT. OH! I HAVE SPIKES NOW! ETC...)
BUT... LONG DRAWN OUT JOKES ARE A LITTLE MONOTOMOUS, EVEN SO. YOUR LOGIC IS INFALLIBLE.
Just a question... what does the muscle actually do? I can't tell whether it contracts or extends... or both and when... other than that, though: it seemed far too glitchy. This sandbox toy has a long way to go before it can be used in anything substantial. Maybe it's not meant to, but I like to have what I build do something that makes sense, not jitter about on the ground like some form of epileptic polygon (which somehow manages to become a propulsion system!?).
I think the term "walk" is used FAR too loosly in this game. 3/5
I didn't have any badge problems... just game problems! Your game crashed my browser every 2 out of 3 times I loaded the page. (EXACTLY 2 out of 3, every time I wanted to play this game I had to leave the page and come back before it had loaded else it would crash my browser). And, every 1 out of three times I pressed "r" in-game it would crash my browser. (As in, if I tried to restart twice it would crash my browser). Which is all a very big shame because this is an awesome game. I finished it about 4 times before I saw that there was a mute button... btw, I loved how the level design inter-mingled levels and free world. 5/5
Apart from the targeting a solid game. An altogether too balanced game (because any tactic will work, so long as you are spending your money, you should be able to nearly beat it... or maybe I just hit the perfect tactic or something...) until you get the flame tower... and then it's ridiculous. I mean, I know it wouldn't be a very good ultimate tower if the flame didn't stack, but SERIOUSLY! I had the last bosses of level 2 taking 600000 d/s before they died. Those bosses are incredibly easy! The only ones that were hard were the ones that were too fast for your frost to slow them all down so your towers would shoot everywhere and end up killing less...
Again keeping with your "nice" standard. And again would be better in a higher resolution so you could see better. It seems like you are trying to do what popcap did, and are well on your way... Unfortunately... popcap has done what popcap did and all of the people who play popcap games play popcap games and don't care about other games. If they did, then this would be a very good game for them. It's more interesting than a lot of popcap games anyway!
I liked that there were different modes of gameplay. It didn't make much sense why you did each type, but then again not many games do. This game seems to be aimed at a younger audience, and during the "almost-Bejeweled-rip-off" sections it felt a lot like you were trying to show something off, but there wasn't much to show off; a few "fire arrows" destroying things that I've just been destroying... I did wish that there wasn't a limit to the explosion size. I found the most fun was trying to get the biggest explosion as there was really no way to lose. That tends to happen if you can't lose, the players mess around doing not much, and I find that it detracts from the game because I think: "What's the point?". And that was the reason why I stopped; there's a fine line between challenge and breeze, this game went for breeze... a lot... 3.2/5
I sure hope you didn't think that this was original. This has been done so many times before, and not just the Bejeweled rip-off. I remember when Bejeweled was free and not a demo. There is no way to not compare this to Bejeweled, and when doing this comparison, you will notice that Bejeweled is better in most ways. The only way it isn't is the objective being added, but PopCap also did this with their "Jungle Quest", which you seem to be trying to rip-off more. But what this game is lacking most is pretty explosions/backgrounds. These games aren't meant for the making 3 in a row over and over again, people like to see things blow apart with satisfaction (at least... I do...), and this game does not deliver very well there. The pieces were small and the explosions not at all pretty. I give 2.2/5 (Which I round up to 3/5) Because even though it's a clone, it's not a terrible one. Just not that good either.
