I enjoyed this. The first legendary prestige was tough, but they get faster like you said.
Honestly I think legendary prestige should be the only one - you cripple your ability to legendary prestige if you ever prestige without being legendary. It also hurts you if you wait too long to legendary prestige.
The upgrades that cost prestige points aren't really worth anything - bonus experience is all you need.
It took 4.1 days to reach light speed, and I was a little disappointed that there wasn't some graphical change. Also, the game told me to check out the unlocked cheats - there were none.
All in all, good idle game.
The concept is really neat, but feels a little clunky - while I liked the idea, I found myself not really wanting to play all of the levels. That said, I went to level 25 from 8 and was able to complete it without too much difficulty.
The concept is unique but it'd be better if it was a little more engaging.
I still give this a 4/5 - very well done. :)
Keep up the good work Moczan - the game is fun so far!
Equipment is a neat idea that's been mentioned.
Maybe a class system where you can upgrade your gladiators once they hit a certain level - you could have multiple tiers of classes with 2-3 options per tier - they could get better at different things.
Also maybe some way to send them off to do battle - even if it's noninteractive.
Whatever you choose to do, my recommendation is to keep screen transitions and animations to a minimum - your players will be seeing those a LOT, so make sure they don't feel like they're blocking gameplay.
When your rank is 29.8 kyu you can start teaching for 2 yen per second and make $60 USD per hour.
Or you could wait until 1 Kyu and make over $9000 per hour, I guess. :)
The experience curve on that 6th prestige is Brutal. :|
Good quick little idle game!
I wrote off the items in the shopping cart as real money purchases, and forgot about the prestige after I started playing, so I beat it without prestiging (just running overnight).
This game was awesome. Beautifully executed!
I loved how the characters were designed in such a way as to make me make decisions in the order that made the story make the most sense.
5/5!
This game was a very entertaining challenge! Kudos to you!
I'm going to keep playing, but probably not for much longer (on level 25 right now).
The upgrades are PERFECT as they are, in my opinion. Very well balanced. You actually need to play better as you get to higher levels, despite receiving upgrades. :)
5/5! Elegant. Well done.
Great game! fun, sweet music, though kind of weird. You did a good job forcing the colors to make a picture (the easiest solution usually showed the picture you had in mind pretty darn well)
The first one is a interesting strategy
